BEGINNER HEELS CLASS (April 10th 2026)

This class is a judgment-free, welcoming environment where dancers of all levels are supported. Whether it’s your very first time in heels or you’re continuing your journey, you can expect encouragement, community, and a space where everyone is rooting for each other.
WHAT TO EXPECT:

A warm-up and ice breaker to get comfortable, loosen up, and connect with the group

Across-the-floor exercises focused on heels walking, balance, and proper heels technique

Choreography taught in three sections, broken down step-by-step

We then put all three sections together and practice as a full routine

At the end of class, there is an option to record a group class video and/or a solo video for yourself
Recording is always optional. The priority is that everyone feels comfortable, confident, and supported.
